4. סייג לתחולה
הוראות תקנות אלה לא יחולו על ציוד שרכש הנישום באחת מאלה:
(1)רכישה מקרוב;
(2)רכישה בלא תמורה;
(3)רכישה לפי סעיף 85 לפקודה;
(4)רכישה שחלו עליה הוראות חלק ה2 לפקודה.
