6. סייג לעניין נישום מסוים
האמור בתקנות אלה לא יחול על נישום שקיבל זיכיון או זיכיון משנה מהמדינה ועל נישום שהמדינה משתתפת, במישרין או בעקיפין, ב־20% או יותר מתקציבו בשנות המס 2008, 2009 או 2010; לעניין תקנה זו, לא יראו מענקים לפי חוק לעידוד השקעות הון כהשתתפות המדינה.
