1. שירותים שהוראות סימן ב׳ בפרק ה׳ לחוק לא יחולו עליהם
הוראות סימן ב׳ בפרק ה׳ לחוק לא יחולו על שירותים אלה:
(1)בדיקת רופא מומחה במרפאה;
(2)הקרנה ביחידה לרדיותרפיה, לשדה;
(3)מיקרומניפולציה ב־IVF בשיטות שונות;
(4)הפריה חוץ־גופית, IVF שלב א׳ כולל בדיקות הורמונליות;
(5)הפריה חוץ־גופית, IVF שלב א׳ בלא בדיקות הורמונליות;
(6)הפריה חוץ־גופית, IVF שלב ב׳ בלא ימי אשפוז;
(7)מיפוי שריר הלב במנוחה או במאמץ SPECT.
