בעל רישיון ייצוא ביטחוני ישמור במסגרת רישום המידע שעליו לנהל לגבי עסקאות ייצוא ביטחוני שביצע, את המקור של כל מסמך הנוגע לעסקת ייצוא ביטחוני כאמור (להלן – מסמך מקורי).
