2. פרסום אמות מידה
אמות מידה שקבעה הרשות מזמן לזמן, לפי סעיף 33 לחוק (להלן – אמות המידה) תפרסמן הרשות ברשומות והן יועמדו לעיון הציבור במקומות המפורטים להלן:
(1)אתרי האינטרנט ומשרדי קבלת הקהל של משרד התשתיות הלאומיות, של הרשות ושל בעל רישיון;
(2)משרדי רשות ההסתדרות לצרכנות והמועצה הישראלית לצרכנות;
(3)משרדי התאחדות התעשיינים.
