1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אמות המידה“ – אמות המידה שקובעת הרשות לפי סעיף 33 לחוק;
”המוסד“ – המוסד לביטוח לאומי;
”זכאי“ – צרכן שנתקיימו בו תנאי הזכאות לתשלום מופחת לפי סעיף 31א(א) לחוק;
”חוק הבטחת הכנסה“ – חוק הבטחת הכנסה, התשמ״א–1980;
”מועד תחילת הזכאות לתשלום המופחת“ – המועד שבו לפי קביעת המוסד, נתקיימו בזכאי תנאי סעיף 2(א)(4) לחוק הבטחת הכנסה;
”תיקון מס׳ 6 לחוק“ – חוק משק החשמל (תיקון מס׳ 6), התשס״ז–2007.
