תיקון: תשע״ב
תקנה 3(ב), (ג), (ה) ו־(ז) לא תחול על הרשאה לפי תקנה 9א, על רשת חשמל עילית, שהוקמה לפני יום תחילתן של תקנות התכנון והבנייה (הסדרת הולכה, חלוקה והספקה של חשמל) (תיקון), התשע״ב–2012, החלה על קרקע ציבורית, וכן על קרקע פרטית ובלבד שבעלי הזכויות בה שאינם גוף ציבורי נתנו לכך את הסכמתם בכתב ביחס לכל קרקע פרטית.
