3. חובת ההמצאה
המציא בעל דין המיוצג בידי עורך דין מסמך לבית הדין, ימציא עורך דינו את העתקו לבעל הדין שכנגד בלא דיחוי, ולא יאוחר משלושה ימים ממועד ההמצאה לבית הדין או זמן סביר לפני מועד הדיון שנקבע, לפי המוקדם; אם בעל הדין אינו מיוצג בידי עורך דין, הוא יגיש את המסמך למזכירות בית הדין, והיא תפעל להמצאתו.
