1. קביעת בעלי תפקידים
בעלי התפקידים ביחידת הפיקוח שיהיו רשאים לקבל מידע בקשר לעבריין מין, הנדרש לצורך עבודתם עמו, ושהמרשם יהיה פתוח לפניהם כנדרש לצורך מילוי תפקידיהם לפי החוק ובהיקף הנדרש לשם כך, יהיו המנויים להלן:
(1)מפקד יחידת הפיקוח;
(2)סגן מפקד יחידת הפיקוח;
(3)היועץ המשפטי של יחידת הפיקוח;
(4)הקרימינולוג של יחידת הפיקוח.
