בפעולותיה לפי סימן זה תשמור ועדת המכסות על היחס בין מכסה של יצרן יחיד לבין מכסה של יצרן שיתופי, ועל חלקו היחסי של כל אחד מסוגי היצרנים בהיקף הייצור הכולל בשנת 2013.
