3. הודעה על בקשה לפרישה ולהעברת מכסה של יצרן קטן עצמאי
יצרן קטן שהוא יצרן עצמאי (להלן – יצרן קטן עצמאי) רשאי להודיע בכתב לוועדת המכסות על בקשתו לפרוש מייצור חלב ולהעביר את מכסתו, אם חלפו 5 שנים מיום שהחל לייצר חלב במשקו.
