2. הגשה
(א)העורר ימסור לועדה, או ישלח בדואר רשום לפי מענה שפורסם ברשומות, כתב הערר בארבעה עותקים.
(ב)היה מענה של הועדה בבית משפט, יימסר כתב הערר במשרד הרישום של אותו בית משפט.
