1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מכירה“ – העברת הבעלות או החזקה במכל, בתמורה או שלא בתמורה, לרבות משלוח והובלה;
”מכל“ – יחידת אריזה המשמשת לשיווק תוצרת חקלאית;
”תוצרת חקלאית“ – פירות וירקות טריים, פרחים וענפי קישוט קטופים.
