6. החלת החוק המתקן בבדיקה מחדש של דרגת אי־כושר להשתכר
על אף האמור בתקנה 5, הוראות סעיף 127לה לחוק, כפי שהוחלף בחוק המתקן, יחולו על כל נכה, ובבדיקה מחדש לענין הסעיף האמור יחולו ההוראות החדשות.
