2. תוקף רישיונות כניסה
רישיון כניסה שהיה בתוקף ערב תחילת החוק, יעמוד בתוקפו בכפוף לתנאי הרישיון, ויראו אותו כאילו ניתן בידי חברת הנמל הפועלת בנמל שאל תחומו מתייחס הרישיון, לגבי שטח אותה חברת הנמל.
