10. עריכת מדידה נוספת בידי המנהל
(א)המנהל רשאי, לאחר שנמסר לו, לפי תקנה 9, דין וחשבון על תוצאות מדידת מפלס הרעש, לבצע בעצמו או על־ידי בודק רעש מוסמך מדידה נוספת של מפלס הרעש.
(ב)נתגלו אי־התאמות בין מדידת מפלס הרעש שנערכה לפי תקנת משנה (א) לבין מדידות אחרות, יכריע המנהל בדבר המדידה הקובעת.
