תקינותם של האמצעים למניעה או להפחתה של רעש מזיק באניה, תקינותם של אמצעי המגן מפני רעש מזיק באניה והשילוט הנדרש במסגרת הוראות תקנות אלה, ייבדקו במסגרת בדיקה כללית שתיערך באניה לצורך הוצאת רשיון שיט.
