6. מאגר הנציגים האחראיים
המאגר כמשמעותו בסעיף 55א6(א) לפקודה (בפרק זה – מאגר הנציגים האחראיים) יהיה פתוח לעיון הציבור באתר האינטרנט ויכלול את הפרטים האלה, נוסף על הפרטים המנויים בסעיף האמור:
(1)שם הנציג האחראי;
(2)פרטי הקשר עם הנציג האחראי, כפי שצוינו בבקשה לפי תקנה 8;
(3)שמות התמרוקים שלגביהם הוא משמש נציג אחראי.
