Section 1 of תקנות הפיקוח על מעונות יום לפעוטות (בקשה להיתר והסמכת בודקים ומומחים), התשפ״ב–2021, הגדרות.
1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”האגף“ – האגף למעונות יום ומשפחתונים במשרד;
”אתר האינטרנט“ – אתר האינטרנט של האגף;
”בקשה“ – בקשה של תאגיד לקבל היתר לשמש גוף בודק;
”הכשרה מתאימה“ – הכשרה לפי תקנה 3;
”מתן שירות“ – מתן השירות באמצעות אחד מהבודקים המנויים בתקנות 5 עד 8 באמצעות מכרז התקשרות שנעשה לפי סעיף 20(ב) לחוק;
”תאגיד“ – גוף מאוגד כדין.
