נכס שהוא כספים מועבר בזה כלהלן:
(1)2,214,000 שקלים חדשים – לחברת נמל אילת;
(2)59,105,000 שקלים חדשים – לחברת נמל אשדוד;
(3)41,558,000 שקלים חדשים – לחברת נמל חיפה;
(4)יתרת הכספים כאמור – לחברת הפיתוח והנכסים.
