שיעור פיצויי הפיטורים לעובד בשכר יהיה לגבי תקופת עבודה שמיום תחילתן של תקנות אלה ואילך, שכר חודש אחד לכל שנת עבודה אצל אותו מעביד או באותו מקום עבודה.
