3. סמכות המפקח הכללי
המפקח הכללי יקבע את –
(1)סדרי המבחנים ופרטיהם;
(2)התנאים המוקדמים לקבלת שכר הצטיינות;
(3)שיעור דמי שכר ההצטיינות.
