1. גמול
לחברי הועדה הציבורית לקביעת השתתפות בהוצאות משפטיות של חברי הכנסת, שהוקמה מכוח סעיף 10א לחוק חסינות חברי הכנסת, זכויותיהם וחובותיהם, התשי״א–1951, ישולם גמול כמשולם לפי הוראות מימון מפלגות (תשלום גמול לחברי הועדה הציבורית), התשנ״ה–1995, לחברי הועדה הציבורית הנדונה בהן.
