1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”גודל משפחה“ – מספר הנפשות במשפחה, המחושב לפי כללי משרד הבינוי והשיכון לחישוב הנחות בשכר דירה לדיירי הדיור הציבורי, המונחים לעיון הציבור במשרדי החברות המנהלות דיור ציבורי (להלן – כללי משרד הבינוי והשיכון);
”התקרה המזכה“ – הסכומים אשר נקבעו כתקרת הכנסה המזכה בהבטחת הכנסה, לפי כללי משרד הבינוי והשיכון.
