3. סדרי קדימות נוספים
הקדימות בהתקנת דודי שמש בדירות ציבוריות בקבוצה הכוללת משפחות בעלות גודל משפחה זהה, תהיה לפי קבוצות המשנה שלהלן, בסדר יורד:
(1)משפחות אשר הכנסתן אינה עולה על התקרה המזכה;
(2)משפחות הזכאיות להנחה בשכר דירה, אשר אינן נכללות בסעיף קטן (א) [צ״ל: בפסקה (1)] לעיל;
(3)משפחות אשר אינן זכאיות להנחה בשכר דירה.
