4. מוסד לימודים מוכר
(א)המנהל, בהתייעצות עם ועדת המקצוע, רשאי להכיר במוסד לימודים לביצוע תכנית הכשרה, לאחר שהמוסד הוכיח, להנחת דעת המנהל, את יכולתו להעביר את תכנית ההכשרה ברמה נאותה.
(ב)תכנית הכשרה תבוצע במוסד לימודים מוכר.
