9. מועד הגשת דוח מיידי
דוח מיידי יוגש סמוך, ככל האפשר, לתאריך שבו התרחש האירוע או לתאריך שבו נודע לקופת החולים על התרחשותו, ולא יאוחר משבעה ימים מאותו תאריך; בכל מקרה יוגש הדוח לפני שהמידע הכלול בו, כולו או מקצתו, פורסם ברבים על ידי הקופה.
