Section 2 of תקנות רישום קבלנים לעבודות הנדסה בנאיות (שיעור קנס), התשמ״ח–1987, הצמדה למדד.
2. הצמדה למדד
(א)בתקנה זו, ”המדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה.
(ב)הסכום האמור בתקנה 1 ישתנה ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה לפי שיעור עליית מדד חודש אוקטובר שקדם למועד האמור לעומת מדד חודש אוקטובר שלפניו.
(ג)רשם הקבלנים יפרסם ברשומות הודעה בדבר הסכום המתקבל לפי האמור בתקנת משנה (ב), בעיגול כלפי מטה לשקל החדש השלם הקרוב.
