2. הצבת שלט
תיקון: תשס״ב
(א)קבלן יציב באתר בניה שלט ברור וקריא שמידותיו המזעריות יהיו 1×1 מטרים שרשומים בו פרטי רישומו בפנקס הקבלנים, כמפורט להלן:
(1)שמו, כתובתו, מספר הטלפון, מספר הרישום בפנקס הקבלנים, מספר זהות ואם הוא תאגיד – מספר רישומו, הענף או הענפים שבהם הוא רשום והסיווג שהוא מסווג בכל ענף.
(2)הפרטים כאמור בפסקה (1) של כל קבלן המבצע מטעמו.
