בעד מתן רישיון לפי סעיף 3(ג) לחוק, תשולם אגרה דו־שנתית כדלהלן:
(1)ענף ראשי – 954 שקלים חדשים (נכון לשנת 2010; החל מיום 16.12.2025, 1,173 ש״ח);
(2)ענף משנה – 578 שקלים חדשים (נכון לשנת 2010; החל מיום 16.12.2025, 709 ש״ח);
(3)ענף ראשי נוסף – מחצית הסכום הנקוב בפסקה (1);
(4)ענף משנה נוסף – מחצית הסכום הנקוב בפסקה (2).
