1. הגשת בקשה
(א)המבקש להירשם בפנקס הקבלנים ימלא טופס לרישום שאישר רשם הקבלנים (להלן – הבקשה).
(ב)את הבקשה ניתן לקבל במשרד רשם הקבלנים.
