2ב. חידוש רישום
תיקון: תש״ס
בוטל רישומו של קבלן כאמור בתקנה 2א(ג), רשאי הרשם לחדש רישומו בפנקס לפי סעיף 4(א)(6) לחוק, אם הוגשה בקשה לחידוש הרישום ולא חלפה חצי שנה מיום ביטול הרישום כאמור; חידוש כאמור, יכול שיותנה בשינוי סיווג שניתן למבקש בהתאם לתקנות הסיווג.
