11. סמכות לדרוש מידע
הועדה רשאית לדרוש מניזוק כי ימסור לה, תוך תקופה שתקבע, כל ידיעה, הצהרה, חשבון וכל פרט אחר שייראה לה דרוש לקביעת הזכאות לפיצויים ושיעורם.
