7. פיצוי חריג
במקרים שבהם שיעור הנזק הוא חריג ואין לניזוק יכולת לשקם את הנכס הניזוק ואין בידיו מקורות הכנסה חלופיים, תהיה הועדה רשאית להחליט על מתן פיצויים בשל אבדן הכנסה בשל ימי עבודה בעתיד מעבר לפיצוי המגיע לפי תקנה 6, וזאת לתקופה שלא תעלה על שלושה חודשים.
