8. חובת ביטוח
לא ישולם פיצוי בשל נזק לבית צמיחה, אלא אם כן במועד קרות הנזק היה הנכס מבוטח מפני סופה ושטפון אצל מבטח כלשהו במלוא הערך הריאלי של ההשקעה בו או לפי ערך כינונו, לפי הנמוך ביניהם.
