12. חלוקת הוצאות השיפוץ במושכר מוגן
במושכר מוגן ישלם הדייר את חלקו לבעל הבית במועדים אלה:
(1)20% מחלקו במועד חתימת הסכם הביצוע;
(2)30% מחלקו לאחר ביצוע עבודות השיפוץ בשווי מחצית מעלות השיפוץ; היתרה תשולם לאחר השלמת עבודת השיפוץ.
