6. הסכם ביצוע
(א)בעל בית יתקשר בהסכם בכתב עם קבלן לביצוע עבודות השיפוץ (להלן – הסכם הביצוע) תוך 30 יום מיום קביעת עלות השיפוץ וימציא למנהל העתק מבויל כדין של ההסכם.
(ב)בעל הבית רשאי לבקש מאת המנהל להמציא לו רשימת קבלנים לביצוע עבודות השיפוץ.
(ג)רשימת הכמויות והמפרט הטכני יהוו חלק בלתי נפרד מהסכם הביצוע.
