8. מפקחים ממונים בידי בעל הבית
(א)המנהל רשאי לדרוש בהודעת השיפוץ מבעל בית להתקשר בהסכם עם מפקח בעל כישורים מתאימים אשר יפקח על עבודות השיפוץ.
(ב)בעל הבית יכלול בהסכם כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) הוראה לפיה ידווח המפקח על ליקוי או סטיה מהאמור בהודעת השיפוץ ובהסכם הביצוע.
