1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”גמלאי בנק ישראל“ – גמלאי ותיק של בנק ישראל;
”הוראות מגבילות“ – פסקה (1) להגדרה ”הוראות מגבילות“;
”הסכם קיבוצי בבנק ישראל“ – הסכם קיבוצי מיוחד שנחתם בין בנק ישראל לבין הסתדרות העובדים הכללית החדשה מיום י״ד בשבט התשע״ד (15 בינואר 2014), והתוספות לאותו הסכם שנחתמו ביום י״ח בשבט התשע״ד (19 בינואר 2014) וביום ד׳ באייר התשע״ד (4 במאי 2014).
