בתוקף סמכותי לפי פסקה (9) בהגדרת ”גוף פיננסי“ שבסעיף 1 לחוק בנק ישראל, התש״ע–2010, ובאישור הוועדה, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. גוף פיננסי
מפעיל של מערכת מבוקרת, בפעילותו כמפעיל מערכת כאמור, הוא גוף פיננסי; לעניין זה, ”מפעיל“ ו”מערכת מבוקרת“ – כהגדרתם בחוק מערכות תשלומים, התשס״ח–2008.
