3. מועד תשלום דמי מחלה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)המעסיק ישלם לעובדו דמי מחלה במועד שהיה משלם לו שכר עבודה אילו עבד, ובלבד שתעודת המחלה הוגשה למעסיק לפחות שבעה ימים לפני המועד האמור.
(ב)לא הוגשה תעודת המחלה שבעה ימים לפני המועד האמור, ישולמו דמי המחלה במועד הקרוב לתשלום שכר העבודה שלאחר הגשת תעודת המחלה.
