33. תחולה
(א)פרק זה יחול בתחום מועצה אזורית, כהגדרתה בצו בדבר ניהול מועצות אזוריות (יהודה והשומרון) (מס׳ 783), התשל״ט–1979, ובתחום מועצה מקומית, כהגדרתה בצו בדבר ניהול מועצות מקומיות (יהודה והשומרון) (מס׳ 892), התשמ״א–1981.
(ב)מפקד כוחות צה״ל באזור רשאי לקבוע כי פרק זה יחול, בין דרך כלל ובין לענין מסוים, על שטח או מקום שאינם מנויים בסעיף קטן (א), הכל בשינויים ובתיאומים שיקבע.
