37. שמירת ועדיפות דינים
(א)אין בהוראות צו זה כדי לגרוע מסמכויות חייל, שוטר או כל רשות מוסמכת לפי כל דין או תחיקת בטחון.
(ב)הוראות צו זה גוברות על הוראות כל דין ותחיקת ביטחון בענייני התגוננות אזרחית.
