6. סמכויות רשות מוסמכת
(א)רשות מוסמכת רשאית לסרב לרשום, לקבוע תנאים לרישום, לשנות את התנאים, להוסיף תנאים, או לבטל רישום לפי צו זה.
(ב)לא תבטל רשות מוסמכת רישום אלא לאחר שנתנה לנוגע בדבר הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו.
