2א. היתר
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)לא ייבא אדם בשר או קרביים אלא מבית מטבחיים שאישר המנהל ואלא דרך נמל יבוא ועל פי היתר בכתב מאת המנהל ובהתאם לתנאיו.
(ב)היתר ליבוא בשר או קרביים יינתן לפי סוג הבשר או הקרביים, בית המטבחיים והמדינה.
(ג)מתן היתר, סירוב לתיתו, קביעת תנאים לנתינתו, התלייתו, שינויו או ביטולו מסורים לשיקול דעתו של המנהל.
