5. סמכות להעביר לבית קירור גם אם לא נתמלאו התנאים
(א)המנהל רשאי להורות על הורדת בשר וקרביים ועל העברתם לבית קירור כאמור בתקנה 4 אף אם לא נתמלאו כל התנאים שבהיתר.
(ב)הוראה כאמור אין לפרשה שהבשר או הקרביים יובאו בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
