תיקון: תשל״ו
נדרש אדם לבצע פעולה על פי תקנות אלה ולא ביצעה תוך המועד שהורו לו, רשאי רופא וטרינרי ממשלתי לבצע אותה פעולה על חשבונו של אותו אדם.
