Section 2 of כללי הפיקוח על קידוחי מים (עריכת מדידות בבארות), התשע״ח–2017, התקנת ציוד מדידה.
2. התקנת ציוד מדידה
(א)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית רשאי להתקין ציוד מדידה בבאר, ובבאר עם הזנה – לחברו ללוח החשמל המזין את הבאר.
(ב)ציוד המדידה יותקן בבאר לאחר עריכת סיור ובדיקה מקדמיים.
(ג)ציוד המדידה שהותקן לפי סעיף זה הוא רכוש המדינה ומנהל הרשות הממשלתית אחראי להתקנתו, לתפעולו ולתחזוקתו, והוא רשאי להסירו, לרבות לשם בדיקתו.
