1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”ועדת המחקר“ – כאמור בסעיף 9 לחוק;
”ועדת ערר“ – כאמור בסעיף 24 לחוק;
”מבקש“ – מי שהגיש בקשה הטעונה אגרה לפי תקנות אלה או מי שהגיש ערר כאמור בסעיף 23 לחוק.
