חברה שאושר לה הסדר תשלום תמלוגים תהיה פטורה מתשלום תמלוגים נוספים בגין תכניותיה שאושרו עד עריכת הסדר תשלום התמלוגים, כל עוד היא עומדת בתנאי ההסדר.
